Ordinics DigInvo is our own system for electronic processing of incoming invoices that uses artificial intelligence to extract document attributes, all inside the Microsoft 365 environment.
It is not part of an ERP system but cooperates with them effectively. Our closest integration is with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
We cover the full lifecycle of incoming accounting documents — from receipt and attribute extraction through approval (Power Apps, Power Automate) and ERP data transfer to trusted archival in SharePoint.

- Document receipt
- Extraction of document attributes
- Creation of the document data set (PDF form of the document, attribute metadata, document attachments)
- Document approval (using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate)
- Transfer of attribute metadata to the ERP for document processing
- Return transfer of processed attribute metadata from the ERP back to DigInvo and attachment to the data set
- Archival of the data set in SharePoint with optional use of qualified time stamps
